On Sunday, July 17 you have the opportunity to meet other new professionals at the New Professionals Mixer. Taking place at Rockit Bar & Grill (22 W. Hubbard St., Chicago, IL) from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m., this free event open to IFT16 attendees lets new professionals meet and mingle in a casual, fun environment.
Located directly across from the Expo entrance, join 600+ of your colleagues on Monday, July 18 from 4:45 to 6:15 p.m. for an open bar, passed appetizers, a social media contest, and more.
For the sixth year, the What’s New! program will return to the expo floor this summer. Hundreds of new products and services will be identified with an attention-grabbing yellow What’s New! logo.
The Taste the Expo program makes it easier for attendees to locate product samples by highlighting them in the IFT16 mobile app and the Program & Exhibit Directory.
A crowd favorite, Cooking Up Science (booth 4484) treats food expo attendees to the opportunity to watch expert chefs prepare exciting menu items using ingredients from participating food expo exhibitors.
