Ferree Raises More Than $3,700
Longtime Fun Run highest fundraiser Bruce Ferree spent all day Sunday, July 17, running on a treadmill outside the IFT16 registration to help promote his goal of raising $100,000 for food science scholarships. He ran almost 25 miles and raised more than $3,700 toward his goal. Ferree is linking this ambitious fundraising goal with his plans to run a seven-day, 250-kilometer race across the Chilean desert in October.
If you missed him while he was running, you can still help by visiting his GoFundMe page to make a donation, and be sure to follow IFT’s social media channels to keep up with Ferree’s journey. And, true to form, Ferree still ran in this morning’s Fun Run.
