Samples of two functional beverages and a fortified graham cracker will feature some of BI Nutraceuticals’ (booth 1053) newest ingredients. A cherry limeade that contains a water-soluble extract from guayusa, a South American plant that is high in caffeine, is one of the beverage concepts. The other is a chocolate coconut smoothie made with pumpkin seed protein. The company’s kale powder and Psyberloid psyllium fiber add nutrients to cinnamon graham crackers. Ask about the company’s latest addition to its ingredient portfolio—an 80% faba bean protein.

Randal Kreienbrink, marketing director at BI Nutraceuticals, will participate in a panel discussion titled “What’s My Role in the Development Process,” on Tuesday, July 14, from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in room S401d. Kreienbrink will join other R&D and sales experts to talk about how to best work together during new product development for improved efficiency and market success.
